We loved the recently refurbished and quiet hotel. The food selection is great and they offer a wide range of alternatives. The room was tidy with a bathroom and 2 double beds, plus the continental breakfast was really good. The staff was very efficient from check-in and throughout our stay.

The air conditioning and safe in our king room were helpful, the location was comfortable and convenient, and the staff were competent, all in a fairly quiet area.

It was brand-new, spotless and with a king size bed. A coffeemaker and refrigerators were a big plus. The location was convenient and magnificent for exploring this calm area, just next door to fast food restaurants, and mall and restaurants.

I loved king room. The staff were both COMPETENT and excellent. It had convenient and excellent location with access to Wyoming Valley Mall nearby.

The location was wonderful, close to various dining options, restaurants, stores, and food spots.

The location of this hotel near eating establishments, the airport, and a mall was convenient and magnificent. The whole staff was friendly and professional, making our stay wonderful.

Friendly staff, they were really nice. the breakfast had good fresh food and there was this awesome pancake maker! 🥞

The staff here were super friendly and the location is awesome, really close to the town center. Plus, it's super handy being near the Mohegan Sun Arena & Casino, lots of restaurants, shops, and gas stations nearby 🌟.

This was a combination business and pleasure stay. The hotel provided me with a good clean room with a king size bed and services adequate for my partner and I. The location was out of the busy sections and heavier traveled sections etc. Although the hotel is older than others in the area it appears to be maintained and the price I got on line was very reasonablefor what I got. Would have liked a better selection for the free breakfast!! Perhaps you could offer breakfast coupons to area restaurants etc. for your guests as a promotional offer! I would like that option.

Not really a complaint but the room air conditioner was not as cool as it should have been, Perhaps it needs conditioning. Didn't get the room cool quickly..took quite a while.
